In addition to our corporate social responsibility, Klassen's team embarked upon a quest to collectively volunteer 2,080 hours of their own time to community service. The equivalent of a single, full-time employee working one calendar year, the team set a deadline to collect the more than two thousand hours by December 31, 2010. By year's end their goal was shattered with 2,800 hours of community service.

Raising the bar in 2011, Klassen employees pledge to collectively volunteer 3,000 hours. Folks are volunteering time to non-profit events such as Relay for Life and the Lung Association's Heart Walk, serving as board members on various local organizations and helping friends and neighbors through church and school activities.
