Klassen Corporation was selected to provide General Construction Services for Pine Mountain Fire Station in Hot Springs, CA. The project consisted of a two-bay apparatus building, bedroom barracks, a physical training room, a library, a kitchen and dining room, bathrooms, and a laundry room. There is also a storage mezzanine off of the apparatus bay, as well as a work room and locker room for the team to store their gear. In addition to the main building, there is a 420-square-foot generator/pump/storage building and a 528-square-foot water treatment building.
