Water Resources Department

Klassen Corporation was commissioned by the City of Bakersfield Water Resources Department to provide general construction services in the expansion and remodel of the administrative offices located at 1000 Buena Vista Road. The project consisted of a 3,200 square foot administration addition to the existing office space. The newly added office space includes meeting spaces, a break room, several offices, and a long adjoining hallway. The existing restroom were remodeled and brought up to current ADA standards, complete with new tile, paint, and fixtures. The existing parking lot was updated and added in order to meet today’s ADA requirements. The facility also received a new roof and updated windows.
