Centric Health Medical Office Building

Centric Health commissioned Klassen Corporation to build their new medical offices facility in Bakersfield, CA. The new 2-story Centric Health medical offices consisted of 27,391 square feet of new building shell construction. After the shell was constructed, Klassen began the build out of the interior tenant improvements. The completed building houses two separate medical offices on the first floor and offices on the second floor. The first floor will have a combined 24 medical consultation rooms, with separate reception desks, waiting rooms, conference rooms, triage offices, labs, and staff lounges. The second floor is comprised of over 15 individual office spaces, several communal staff areas, conference rooms, meeting spaces, restrooms, waiting room, and a boardroom. There are stairs and elevators for ease of access between floors. Outside of the facility, you will find a beautifully landscaped courtyard entrance complete with tables and benches for those waiting or enjoying a lunch break.
