79,910 sf pre-engineered metal building and 11,800 sf of office and 74,110 sf of warehouse.  Also included is a 5,750 sf pipe cutting shed.  The building operations will include parts/pipe storage and distribution, and office administration and training.  The site area is 14 acres which include an 8-acre pipe storage yard. The exterior of the building will include horizontal accent panels on the front to add visual interest and contrast in finishes.
