Klassen Corporation was selected to provide General Construction Services for the Chase Building for Kern County Superintendent of Schools in Downtown Bakersfield, CA. The project consisted of tenant improvements within the existing commercial office building to the 2nd and 3rd floors of the structure. Additional work included upgraded security features and ADA site improvements to the adjacent parking structure.
