Development of a 3.32-acre site including water, power, communications, septic system, 50,000-gallon fire water tank with the fire pump. The building was pre-engineered steel frame with exterior metal framing and plaster finish. 4,345sf of office space with Conference Room, Control Room, 8 Offices, Break Room, Restrooms, and Showers. 4,692 sq. ft. of Warehouse to store maintenance materials for solar fields. Building also includes stairs to Observation Deck on the roof to allow viewing of surrounding solar fields.
