TCI Tire Industry

Klassen Corporation worked with TCI Tire to construct a 17,584 sq. ft. pre-engineered building that includes 8,780 sq. ft. of tire warehouse storage, 4,910 sq. ft. service bay, 1,900 sq. ft. service canopy and 1,370 sq. ft. office space. Operations include vehicle maintenance and repair, tire storage, and administrative support. The warehouse also includes a night storage area for access by on call employees to provide 24hour service. The exterior includes a plaster facade parapet wall on the office side of the building and a loading dock with a large storage yard in the back.
